Our Director of Finance, Robert G. Wurster has worked as finance manager for some of the areas leading firms, before forming his own firm Robert Gregory Wealth Management. Robert is a important resource in navigating the complex world of financial planning.
There he oversaw all areas of finance and administration including: payroll, accounts payable and receivables, job costing, cash management, general ledger, inventory, banking and reconciliations, and sales commission tracking. He has provided strategic analyses for senior management to determine project and company profitability, prepare quarterly financial statements and special reports required by lenders, develop company policies and procedures including writing and maintaining the Operations Manual and Employee Handbook and ensure compliance with small business regulations, tax laws, insurance requirements, industry standards, etc. He also has served as the focal point for human resources management and liaise with insurance brokers, public accounting firm, payroll service, lenders, and 401(k) Plan financial advisors. After 15 year Robert struck out on his own and now heads a successful firm of his own Robert Gregory Wealth Management. that specializes in help individuals and small to medium size companies manage their finances
